Volunteers. We use your answers and contact details in Microsoft Forms to review applications and organise the crew.

Speakers. We use Sessionize to review proposals and contact speakers. Accepted talks, names, bios and photos appear in the program and past-event archive. Contact us for changes or removal requests.

Email. We use your address and message to reply to you.

Photos and recordings

We share conference photos here and on Flickr, and publish talks on YouTube with speakers’ permission.

Prefer not to be photographed? Email us or tell the crew. To ask us to remove a photo of you, send us a link to it.

When you use this website

Your saved talks and display preferences stay in your browser until you remove them or clear this site’s browser data.

Vercel hosts the site and images. Its analytics help us understand how people use the site.

Google Maps is optional. It only loads after you accept, sharing your IP address and browser information with Google, which may use cookies. You can turn it off below the map. This cannot undo data already shared or clear Google’s cookies. Reloading leaves it off.

More about website data and services

Vercel receives technical information when pages load. Analytics summarise page visits, referring sites, approximate location and browser/device types. Photos loaded from Flickr also share request information with Flickr.

Vercel Speed Insights measures page loading, responsiveness and layout stability to help us improve website performance.

Your timeline position lasts for the tab’s session. The crew’s login cookie lasts up to seven days or until logout.

External services have their own privacy policies, linked above. See also Google’s policy. We remain responsible for how we use your information.

Your rights

Email us to ask for a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or limit its use. You may also have the right to object or get a copy you can transfer elsewhere. You can withdraw consent; this does not undo earlier lawful use.

Some exceptions apply, such as records we must keep by law. You can complain to Datatilsynet, Norway’s privacy regulator.
