In this presentation, we’ll show how we built an entirely new customer platform for Norsk Tipping’s 2.2 million players.

This talk includes a range of real-world examples and will demonstrate how we implemented an event-driven customer platform using Kotlin and Kafka. We’ll walk you through the various parts of the platform we built to deliver a valuable and usable system for our players, customer service representatives, and developers. You can expect an introduction to event-driven architecture, insights from our experience working with customer data in Kafka—and plenty of code.
